Salon Art Bizarre is a new international contemporary art fair that was launched at La Galleria Pall Mall in December 2010.

It featured over 150 paintings, prints, photography, sculptures and bespoke jewellery pieces by international contemporary artists, coming  from all over the globe.

As the name suggests it is an art fair with a difference.  It is more exclusive and audience orientated than its well known large scale counterparts.  Salon Art Bizarre encourages innovation through the choice of brave, peculiar, quirky and original art forms, including media, techniques and concepts.  The Salon featured evening entertainment every night of the week.  This luxury event is open for participation to galleries and individual artists.

The Salon Art Bizarre launch was visited by HRH Prince Michael of Kent, who enjoyed talking to artists and gallerists, participating in the show.  World renowned art critic Vittorio Sgarby came from Italy to speak at the Salon Launch and he was quite impressed with the abundance of figurative art works on display.

Three UK art galleries:  CASSA Art, Gallery Perutz and KALINA and Soho based bespoke jewellery company Geoffrey Turk  Ltd took part in Salon Art Bizarre 2010 alongside individual artists Dmitri Strizhov, Svetlana K-Lie, Sergei Inkatov, Tika Zhvania, Pianocrasher, Keith Krzywicki,  Zina Bercovici, Wayne Mok, Helene Le Bohec, Cecilia Gheraldo, Victoria Kovalenchikova, Svetlana Bobrakova and film producer Alicia Maksimova.

Acoustic Graffiti Arts by Pianocrasher was one of the highlights of Salon Art Bizarre launch.  Eccentric and non conformist concept stood out as  truly Bizarre among the Salon curiosities.
